How we manufature paper boxes
Design
This stage is mainly coordinated by you and the designer. First, you design the packaging and printing files and complete the selection of packaging materials with the advertising company or your own internal designers according to your own requirements and send us artwork to prepare the samples.
Sampling
We provide OEM and ODM samples according to your quality check request. Our designer will check every specific detail of printing files to ensure you get the right sample as you expected.
Surface treatment of printing Products
This surface treatment is mainly to beautify the surface, including laminating, hot stamping, UV, varnishing and so on.
Shape up
Die-cutting the paper boxes with machinery to form the basic style of the paper boxes.
Box Gluing
For some paper box styles, we need to stick the paper boxes according to the samples or design style, and glue the parts of the paper boxes by auto gluing machine that need to be fixedly connected.
QC inspection
